Originally from Ethiopia , graduated from AAU with B Pharm Degree. Before He immigrated to USA, Worked in Hospital and International Relief Organization for three years and Owned and managed his businesses for over 15 years.
Seeing gap in culturally specific services in his community refugee and recently immigrated community, he decide to take trainings on leadership and community service. Leadership certificate of award from African Leadership Development institute, and other trainings as Certified Community health work, Qualified health Care interpreter, Peer support specialist , Engage , E Pilot and Seed to Supper Ambassador. In 2017 , He founded this organization which served over 3000 Ethiopian and Eritrean immigrants and refugees to this date through community organizing, Providing resources, direct service, case management, referrals, advocacy, and education. He will continue to direct the organization to have more programs .

Originally from Eritrea. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Sociology. Her Post Baccalaureate work has been in Public Health Education/Health Promotion. She also has Fellowship-Certificate in Nonprofit Management. She has served the African Immigrants and Refugees for over 20 years to organize and build viable communities, advocacy, education, representation, leadership roles, and program management of direct services.
